I am Dr. Beth Kelley, and I teach mindfulness meditation to nursing students, nurses and faculty. As a nurse of 30 years, a researcher of nursing students and mindfulness meditation, and a long-term meditator, I have experienced first-hand what it feels like to be a busy, stressed nurse and what it feels like to realize that you have already the keys to a better nursing life: All you need is a teacher to show you where you've hidden those keys.

What is this program?

Dr. Kelley's 21-Day Meditation Challenge will teach you how to engage in mindfulness meditation, reduce stress, and enhance resilience. 

The 21-day meditation challenge is a self-paced online training that offers step-by-step guidance in how to engage in mindfulness meditation: specifically crafted with nursing students in mind.

This training is for any nursing student that wants to reduce stress, enhance resilience, and become a better nurse and an engaged member of their family.

21-Days of Video Training, including Guided Meditations

This program includes 21 days of short, video-based, mindfulness meditations with instructions. All meditations are less than 10 minutes and introduce you to multiple ways of meditating. This will give you the knowledge to continue to meditate on your own as a developing nurse.

Three, One-On-One Coaching Calls with Dr. Kelley

With this 21-day program, you will benefit from three (3) one-on-one 30-minute calls with Dr. Kelley, scheduled at a mutually convenient time. During these audio-based Zoom calls, you can ask questions, learn more about meditation, and learn how to be resilient and thrive as a developing nurse.

The third part of this excellent meditation learning program is the ability to email Dr. Kelley directly and receive prompt and personalized replies. You can ask questions about meditation itself or troubleshoot challenges in your meditation or nursing journey.
